Well went back to work today, back to the real world....lol.... Had PT today and it went well... Started doing more physical kind of stuff; finally... I cant wait to be able to get on all fours again.. ;-) especially for the "fuck factor"..... ;-p.... Course I cant wait to be able to run again either...

Not to much more going on that too exciting I must say.... Kind of on the quiet side....
