Well had PT this morning, it was good..... Zapped the quad muscles again, they ached a little after but all in all it was good...

Chatted with Master today that's always nice.... It was a good chat, too.... Chatted about 24/7 slavery and if I thought I could handle it or ever thought about it.... Interesting none the less... :)

Looks like we are still on for sessioning tomorrow, which is even better.... ;-)
