Today was my first day of physical therapy.. It was interesting to say the least... The therapist says he has a challenge on his hands do to the fact that most of what he wanted me to do today was of little effort on my part to do... So I took that as a good thing... I want to safely accelerate my rehab and any pre-rehab I do...

Met with a guy tonight from Swappernet... Very nice guy, not sure that anything would ever come of it, but nice none the less....
