Hmm what an exciting life I lead.........lol.... Today we had our re-fresher course for 1st aid and CPR, oh and the use of the AED... As usual don't call me if u are feeling dizzy or anything like that, but if u are bleeding profusely or have bones or object protruding I am the one for the job....lol...

I had my 1st physical tharopy session today... Was given a few things to do at home to keep my calfs loose and butt tight....

Hung out with the girls after the softball game, nothing too exciting...
