Not bad, started out at the gym this morning, god it felt good!!!

Work was okay..... Sweet spot caoch called today, have to call her back tomorrow and see how this sweet spot coaching really works....

we have a silver tailed fox living in the front yard..... Figured i would give it a day or so and watch it, everyone says to call the wildlife folks to have them vacate the fox.... we'll see....
