Work was slow, thats something new.....

Decided to try out the new knee brace today with running.... It seemed to be great, not too painful.... I was good for a mile..... thats it... that was the highlight of the day....lol.... Course the big thing will be to see if i can actaully walk tomorrow.... THat will be the true test of how the knee is really doing.....

I think tomorrow starts Masters new work schedule, i hope it all goes well for him... Havent talked much, well we never have really talked much....
